Free of charge
Poly Event has a warehouse based in France (Paris region). We welcome you from Monday to Friday from 09H00 to 19H00, and on Saturdays from 09H00 to 17H00. DPD Europe
All your shipments under 30kg (and volume under 1m3) will be handled by our partner DPD Europe. The delivery times generally observed are 3 to 5 working days for Europe. These times are estimated from the date of shipment of your order. Please note: your orders are prepared by our teams as soon as we receive/validate your online payment. Professional carrier
All your shipments over 30 kg will be handled by our carrier partner. Delivery times are generally 3 to 5 working days depending on the country of destination at the date of shipment of your order. Order items from our stock, pre-order (inbound), or launch the manufacturing of a bespoke inflatable (made to order)
All our products are stored in Europe (France). Nevertheless, you have the possibility to
- Pre-order items in the process of being manufactured for which delivery is planned at a specific date.
- order bespoke items for a 12 weeks manufacturing period.

Can I be delivered outside the EU?
Delivery outside the EU is possible. For all requests for delivery outside the EU, please send an email to sales@poly-event.com indicating: the product(s) required, the delivery address, and the desired date of delivery. We will send you an email back with the quote including the associated delivery costs.
